Deep Rooted at Edinburgh's City Art Center features Andy Goldsworthy along with seven other contemporary artists, exploring the relationship between people and the natural environment. With a wide range of mediums, audio and digital choreography, sensory experiences, paintings, photographs and hand-crafted wood objects, the exhibition centers itself around trees. In order to help fight our urgent climate crisis, we need to modify some of our deep-rooted behaviors. Experience Goldsworthy’s work as he uses his own body as well as materials and conditions he encounters to create fleeting views of nature.
